REFUND & RETURN POLICY
We have a 15-day return policy from the date you receive your item.
ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In the same condition as received
- Unworn or unused, with tags
- In original packaging
- Accompanied by receipt or proof of purchase
HOW TO START A RETURN:

IMPORTANT: Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
RETURN SHIPPING:
- If your return is approved, we'll provide instructions on where to send your package
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or we made an error
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service
DAMAGES AND ISSUES:
Inspect your order immediately upon receipt. Contact us right away at karanveer@joyscoreinc.com if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can resolve the issue.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS:
- Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
- Custom or personalized items
- Personal care goods (beauty products)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Sale items or gift cards
EXCHANGES:
The fastest way to get what you want is to return your current item (once approved) and make a separate purchase for the new item.
EUROPEAN UNION 14-DAY COOLING OFF PERIOD:
EU customers have the right to cancel or return orders within 14 days for any reason. Items must meet the eligibility requirements above.
REFUNDS:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of approval status. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank to process the refund.

PROCESSING NOTE:
