Why does shipping take 10-20 business days?

To keep costs low and quality high, some products ship directly from our supplier warehouses. This means delivery typically takes 10-20 business days for domestic orders and 15-30 business days for international orders.

Where do my products ship from?

Our products ship from various fulfillment centers to ensure you get the best quality at the best price. Once your order is processed, you'll receive tracking information so you can monitor your package every step of the way.

Do you provide tracking information?

Yes! Once your order ships (typically within 2-5 business days of purchase), you'll receive an email with tracking information. You can use this to monitor your package's journey to your door.

What if my order doesn't arrive?

We stand behind every order. If your package doesn't arrive within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at karanveer@joyscoreinc.com and we'll investigate immediately. We'll work with you to either locate your package or send a replacement.

Can I get expedited shipping?

Due to our fulfillment model, we currently don't offer expedited shipping options. However, we're constantly working to improve our delivery times while maintaining competitive pricing.

Orders & Processing

Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?

Orders are processed within 2-5 business days. If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us at karanveer@joyscoreinc.com as soon as possible. Once an order has been shipped, we cannot cancel it, but you can return it following our 30-day return policy.

Why is my order taking longer to process?

During peak seasons, promotional events, or high-demand periods, processing times may be extended. We'll always keep you updated via email if there are any delays with your order.

How long do refunds take?

Once we receive and inspect your return (allow 2-5 business days for processing), approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank to process the refund.

What if I receive a damaged or defective item?
